Right off the bat, we're looking for excellent communication skills, since we're a small outfit and we'll all be in close contact. Secondly, you have to have a passion for gaming...it really shows in the work when enthusiastic gamers are the ones making the product.
Senior Programmer

· Senior Programmer – This person will need to be experienced, and will likely take on the bulk of the work in graphics programming. This programmer will work closely with the lead artist to develop a cohesive look and feel for the title.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in computing science or computer engineering
2+ years game industry experience, or 5+ years other experience
Demonstrated skill in graphics programming and understanding of underlying concepts.
Lead Programmer

They will perform the bulk of the engine programming themselves, and will oversee the work provided by other programmers. Additionally, this person will need to create and maintain the programming schedule, ensuring that everyone involved is on-task and that we are hitting our milestones in a timely fashion.
